Charlie Williams has an extensive knowledge of California Contract License Law and Construction:

California Licensed Contractor for more than 30 years (377276) inactive who began remodeling and building homes in 1964. He joined the Federal and State re-training programs as a

owner-contractor-instructor in 1972. His work as a contractor in Four Trades, for Federal, State, County, City and Private organizations, includes the Century, 91, 5,105 and 605 Freeways, also, the companies listed on this page. Also, the company made extensive residential repairs and remodeling along the listed corridors and the proposed connectors along all of the aforementioned Freeways.

Educator- Trainer, for numerous organizations and students teaching Contract License Law, Trades, Real Property Inspections, Mathematics, Algebra, Reading and understanding Plot Maps and Construction Plans as he developed a unique style that includes a high percentage of students passing the California Contractors Law and Trades examination.

Currently teaching "Don't Get Nailed by your Contractor" at Glendale Community College,

Glendale, California. A Consumer Awareness Class that is beneficial for Property-Owners and Contractors, about how to avoid Contract & Payment issues.
